Original products in our inventory are authentic and some of the older vintage items may have been previously used in movie theatres. As such, some items may have minor flaws such as pinholes and fold lines. Most of our products are in very good to near mint condition and the condition of each item is noted on the web site in the condition field. If any of the original items on your order are in inferior condition, MovieGoods will reduce the item prices accordingly and contact you via e-mail or telephone with further details.
On occasion, we may encounter an order where a requested item is out of stock. If this is the case, then a MovieGoods customer service representative will contact you shortly once your order is placed. |
